Please READ! This is the most important Policy Page we have. It is imperative that you understand our shipping polices when it comes to Shipping Costs, Shipping Methods and all the different Shipping Options.


When you place an order with us, you are only charged a shipping estimate. This is based on the monetary value of your order. It is ONLY an estimate and is ONLY for U.S. CUSTOMERS! For our International customers, please take notice that the shipping estimate guideline does not pertain to you.

Once your order is packed and put on a shipping scale you're either charged or credited the difference in shipping cost. In other words, you only pay actual shipping cost. If you are charged additional shipping, it will appear as a separate charge to your credit card and appear as GW Corp. When you sign up to our site and accept our terms of service, you agree to our shipping polices, as well. Please keep that in mind. If you have any questions whatsoever, please do not hesitate to contact us. We want to help make sure you understand all of this.

Also keep in mind that we ship many different methods. We ship worldwide using FedEx, USPS, and via freight forwarders, as well. We will always work with you to make sure we get your orders to you as fast as possible and at the lowest shipping cost possible.

Orders for in-stock products are processed within 24 to 48 hours, and are usually shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Your order is processed in the order it was placed amongst other orders from other customers. We do not put orders in front of others.

Out of stock items may take additional time to ship. Shoes, clothing, and DVDs may incur a longer processing time. Please take holidays, weekends, and severe weather conditions into consideration.

We ship via FedEx Ground, FedEx Express, USPS, and FedEx Smart Post. Dropship orders will be shipped via FedEx Smart Post or USPS, unless otherwise requested. FedEx Smart Post has a transit time of 2-8 business days (longer time-in-transit outside the contiguous 48 U.S. states) with final delivery to the residence made by the USPS. International Orders will be shipped via FedEx Express or, if requested, FedEx Priority. In some cases, and at GW Corporation's sole discretion, we may choose to ship via USPS or FedEx.

Because we are committed to getting everyone's orders to them as fast and efficient as possible, we ask that you please make your purchase wisely. Once you place your order, it is immediately processed and put in motion and cannot be stopped without causing a ripple effect.

Due to abuse of our lenient policies, we are now forced to charge a 15% processing fee for ALL cancelled orders.

Reminder - if an order has left our facility it can NOT be cancelled at all.

Please do research all shipping costs, duties, and taxes before you place your orders.

All shoes are thoroughly inspected before shipping. Special ordered shoe sizes and/or colors cannot be returned for any reason. We can NOT accept returns on special-ordered styles and/or colors, unless defective. In case of defects, the same size and color will be exchanged only. Exchanges are made after we receive the return. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse for shipping expenses to us. RMA # is required for return. There will be a $3.00 charge for damaged or crushed boxes. Thank you.


Are there parts of the US and other countries can you not ship to?

Yes, there are parts of the US as well as the rest of the world that adult DVDs and/or products are not allowed.

What happens if I should order products that are not allowed in my state or my customers state or zip code?

If you order items that are restricted in your state or zip code your order will be pulled and set aside. Then when we have time we will go through it and remove those items. This will hold up your order from shipping for 1 to 10 days. If you need your order in a timely fashion we suggest you do NOT add items you're not allowed to order. In some cases we will just cancel your order and you will have to reorder.

Is it true that aerosols can not be shipped via air?
Yes! New federal law states that NO aerosols or sprays can ship on airplanes without being inspected and packed by a certified packing and shipping company. The cost for us to forward your shipment to another company to property pack your order would make any purchase not worth the value. So do NOT order any aerosols or your order will NOT ship air. We will either pull the items from your order or cancel your order completely.

Restrictions by country
We assume no responsibility to whether your country allows adult material or not. Please make sure you research your laws to make sure you do not order anything that is restricted. Again NO aerosols are allowed to be shipped by air. Do NOT order them or it will delay your order from shipping substantially.
